I have a couple on your list (Lupus & Fibro) but I was fortunate to be sent to a fabulous Rhumatologist who not only listens but encourages me to try new things and be my own advocate. My Nephrologist as well always takes the time to talk to me as well as take my pulse and make me pee in a cup.<br /><br />As for Dr. House ... the day I was diagnosed I was in shock, but being that I use humor as a coping mechanism I looked at my Dr. and said "but Dr. House said it is never lupus."
